Comments:Since chips are using digital communication/storage they are easily hackable. The ability to gain information from payment card is a known problem. The technology had been developed by a French Company and employed b French banks who were guaranteed "no loss" from hacking. Other EU banks began to issue cards, since their national governments did not cover their losses they had to and still suffer is suppressed pain. Unless and until there is non technology manufacturer driven security this problem will go unsolved. Look at the history of a hackers delight: Passports Cell phones (iPhone) laptops Servers Etc.
